Boys and Girls starting on July the 1st 2026, we are going to change how this time building works, and make it a little more fun for you all, but most of all have something to talk about when you go to your job interview when asked "Tell us about your most fun flight" now we can give you something to talk about "WHERE DO YOU WANT TO FLY" is our new launch program. Now some twin operations will launch from the home base fly around the class B land back at base and do it again in the afternoon.....not much fun is it, we at least went to 2 or maybe 3 airports to do a landing away.....but i feel it's time for a CHANGE to this time building road you are all on.

So you tell us where you want to fly to, our Piper Seneca with the 220HP new engines can cover a lot of ground, look for places you have never been or maybe some place in the boonies deep into Louisiana or Alabama, maybe Texas is calling you or maybe up north some place, if your budget fits maybe an overnight stop you may like to do, we will cover all landing fees and parking, you will just need to pay your hotel and evening meal.

Our FREE hours program you all will still get and this means flying a twin for the cost of a C172!, now if this is something you would like to do and have a fun adventure for a few days then just text us its faster that way, we will reply within a few mins. We do have to obey the insurance company and we can only use airports with 5000 feet for landing and take off.

SPLIT TIME: We have a list of students ranging from 15 hours to 100 hours looking to split with others, all that has to be done is we will bring you together and then work on some flying days, and I will say after years of helping the multi student world, this program also helps you with CRM

HOW FAST: It's very clear that you just want to do this as fast as you can, arrive, fly, and go home, we try to fly up to 8 hours each day we have flying days subject to the WX and or any MX issues, so when planning allow for an extra half day just in case.

NIGHT FLIGHTS: You need night time as well as multi, we do both at the same time and save even more $$$$, our night program has a $2.00 per gallon used surcharge, this is because we can not buy fuel at our daytime rate

GET CASH BACK: Yes how about we pay YOU back some of your multi hours, ask about this program, we are paying some students car loans or rent payments!!!

REFUNDS: Any unused time we will refund back to you in full please note some refunds can take up to 15 working days, or we give you a credit for later use. And PLEASE if you are going to airline in get a flight that can be changed in case your flight days change

This aircraft is fitted with a safety feature, in the wheels, you are going to be told not to ride the breaks, if you choose to do just that both main wheels will deflate, and we are stuck! the cost to  replace with be passed on to the PIC at the time....DO NOT RIDE THE BREAKS

Lets first go over the "TIME BUILDING"  and the FREE hours.

The Multi Engine split rate is $215 per hour wet per pilot, this rate will include the Florida sales tax, and what ever time you need to build you will all get 2 full hours for free ( after your paid hours have been flown), so is not far off a rate for a cessna 172!. A formal check out is NOT required, as a member of staff will be on board at all times, this will save you even more $$$, do you need some nigh hours ok we can do that as well, when looking to book something do not forget our new July 1st program, YOU TELL US WHERE YOU WANT TO FLY TO lets do a road trip to some cool places

 
Now lets go over the rates for multi training.

The course will be 10 hours over 2 days with the check ride on the 3rd day, the program will run like this
Multi Engine Training $5750 for any course
MEI is set at $80 per hour ( you will pay that direct)
DPE as always is paid by the student and is set between $1000 to $1500
Now if you use all 10 training hours to get signed off then the aircraft will be FREE for the 90 min check ride! and then after you pass you can use the aircraft to do your first 3 night landings, again at NO CHARGE!

If you get signed off let's say at 7 hours you have a 3 hour credit, but the aircraft for the check ride will be at the time building rate of $430 per hour, so for the best savings and time in your log book it's much better to use the full 10 hours and get the aircraft FREE for the check ride, we can also during training get your HP in type and class and also we could do 3 night landings, which will save even more $$$$
If you need rooms for any of the above programs then we can do that for you at $25 per night, and much better than any hotel..................so all you have to do to save $100s is reach out and lets get this time in your books
